LIN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. The Local Interconnect Network (LIN) consists of a bus for each related body electrical system, and is used for communication between ECUs or switches.

    2. LIN is used for the entry and start system, power window system, wiper and washer system and lighting system.

    3. Signals transmitted via LIN can be sent to the CAN through LIN ECUs with a gateway function that are also connected to the CAN.
