    1. In order to maintain the FC stack coolant, which cools the FC cooling system, at a fixed temperature, the system uses a rotary type FC cooling water temperature control valve that can control a large flow volume.

    2. Based on the signals from the FC control ECU, stepping motor operating angle control is performed to change the position of the internal valve, which switches the flow between the bypass pathway side and the radiator side.
