  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. The air shunt valve is a component of the FC stack assembly.

    2. To combine FC stack inlet air control and exhaust-side bypass functions, an air shunt valve on the FC stack assembly air inlet has been adopted.

    3. During normal operation, the passage to bypass the FC stack is closed off, and based on requests from the FC control ECU, the stepper motor is controlled to control the bypass air flow volume.

    4. A poppet valve is used to deliver superior bypass flow volume and sealing performance.
