HYDROGEN CONTROL SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. In the FC system, "Hydrogen supply / circulation control" which supplies hydrogen fuel from the hydrogen tank to the FC stack assembly, and "Hydrogen filling control" which fills hydrogen fuel to the vehicle, are performed.

    2. In hydrogen supply control, based on electricity generation requests from the EV control ECU, an appropriate amount of hydrogen is supply / circulation to the FC stack, sending the hydrogen fuel necessary for electricity generation in all driving conditions.

    3. At the hydrogen station, hydrogen filling control uses infrared communication to perform control so that the optimum hydrogen filling can always be performed. However, depending on the equipment at the hydrogen station, the time needed for filling and the amount that can be filled may differ. Also, the hydrogen fuel control ECU assembly detects whether the fuel lid is open or closed.
