OUTLINE
For the FC system, the Q410 FCV transaxle has been adopted.
The Q410 FCV transaxle is composed of the traction motor that provides motive force, the motor reduction mechanism (reduction planetary gear) that amplifies motor force and transfers it to the output axle, the reduction mechanism comprising the counter gear pair and the final gear pair, and the differential mechanism.
Lubrication for each gear is performed by the trochoid oil pump on the main shaft and by oil scraped up by the final gear, etc. By using a lubricating system that scoops up gear oil, oil pump drive losses can be reduced, resulting in increased transmission efficiency for the drive system. Also, by using an electric oil pump (oil pump with motor assembly) and oil cooler assembly and optimizing the oil flow, a high efficiency / high output powertrain with a high level of cooling performance has been realized.

The electronic shift lever system is a shift control system using a shift-by-wire technology.
By using a momentary type shift lever as well a small knob shape and nighttime illumination for the shift lever, superior shift performance has been realized. Also, a P position switch (integration control & panel assembly) that allows one-touch shifting to the P position has been adopted.
