    1. An air fuel ratio sensor is used to optimize the combustion and the catalyst conditions. The structure of the sensor is layered to promote early activation, achieving air fuel ratio feedback control in the early stages of engine start.

    2. The air fuel ratio sensor is installed after the DPF catalyst.
