OUTLINE
A common-rail system is used in the fuel injection system.
An HP5S type injection or supply pump assembly, which is compact and lightweight, is used.
The injection pressure of the injection or supply pump assembly is increased (up to 220 MPa) to highly atomize the injection fuel further, improving fuel economy and reducing toxic substances in the exhaust gas.
Solenoid type injector assemblies are used.
An injector compensation value and a Quick Response (QR) code are printed on the injector to achieve high-precision control.
A fuel filter assembly, in which the fuel filter element alone can be replaced, is used.
A fuel filter warning switch, which turns on or off when the internal vacuum of the filter increases, is provided in the fuel filter assembly.
A pressurized fuel filter, which protects injector assembly, common-rail assembly and injection or supply pump assembly from foreign material in fuel, is used.*
