  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. The pistons are made of aluminum alloy.

    2. The tops of the pistons use a taper squish shape to achieve fuel combustion efficiency.

    3. The piston skirt is coated with resin to reduce friction losses.

    4. The groove of the top ring is coated with alumite to ensure abrasion resistance.

    5. This piston is common to all cylinders. Therefore, the pistons are not shaped especially for the right or the left bank. As a result, serviceability has been improved.

    6. By increasing the machining precision of the cylinder bore diameter, the outer diameter of the piston has been made into one size.
