  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A manual transmission case sub-assembly, rear transmission case, transmission intermediate plate and floor shift control shift lever retainer sub-assembly made of aluminum are used, thereby achieving weight reduction. In addition, the ribs have been optimally placed to reduce noise.

    2. A ring-shaped rib is provided on the inside of the transmission intermediate plate to reduce gear noise.

    3. Manual transmission oil separator sub-assemblies made of aluminum alloy are provided at the bottom of the manual transmission case sub-assembly and rear transmission case. This construction prevents the oil in the sump from being directly mixed by the counter shaft.
