    1. By increasing the rotational speed of the motor (MG2) via the MG2 reduction gear, the motor (MG2) has been made more compact and lightweight while ensuring power output. Also, by utilizing a parallel axis gear arrangement for the motor speed reduction gear unit, a low loss gear train has been realized.
