  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A resin cylinder head cover sub-assembly is used.

    2. By providing a baffle plate, the speed of the blow-by gas is decreased and removals of oil drips and oil mist are enhanced, achieving a reduction in oil loss.

    3. By welding resin baffle plates and oil delivery pipes to the cylinder head cover, the number of components has been reduced.

    4. The camshaft timing oil control valve assembly has been integrated into the cylinder head cover sub-assembly to achieve a simpler lubricant passage.

    5. An oil delivery pipe is installed inside the cylinder head cover sub-assembly. This ensures lubrication to the sliding parts of the No. 1 valve rocker arm sub-assemblies, improving reliability.
