  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A resin cylinder head cover sub-assembly is used. Ribs are positioned on the cylinder head cover sub-assembly to achieve weight reduction while improving rigidity and quietness.

    2. An oil delivery pipe is installed inside each cylinder head cover sub-assembly. This ensures lubrication to the sliding parts of the No. 1 valve rocker arm sub-assemblies, improving reliability.

    3. The resin baffle plate, oil delivery pipe and ejector are welded onto the cylinder head cover sub-assembly to reduce the number of parts.
