WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. A rain sensing function is provided for the wiper system on some models. This function controls the wiping timing in accordance with the amount of rain detected when the AUTO switch of the windshield wiper switch assembly is on.

    2. The front wiper system uses a washer-linked function. To prevent the fluid from dripping after the washer has been operated, this function operates the wipers once after they have operated in unison with the washer.

    3. Diffuser type front washer nozzle sub-assemblies are provided under the engine hood to ensure a good appearance.

    4. An intermittent wiper which has a washer-linked function is used for the rear wiper and washer system.
