AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. A front automatic air conditioning system and rear automatic air conditioning system are provided on all models.

    2. The front automatic air conditioning system uses left and right independent temperature control.

    3. A 3-zone temperature control, which can adjust the temperature of the rear automatic air conditioning system independently, is provided in addition to the left and right independent temperature control of the front automatic air conditioning system.

    4. An inside-and-outside dual air layer type front air conditioning unit is used on LHD models. The upper layer ensures antifogging performance by introducing outside air, and the lower layer aims for ventilation loss reduction by circulating the inside air, thus achieving energy conservation.

    1. The air conditioning system has the following features:

      • Neural network control is used, so passengers can finely control the air conditioning for maximum comfort.

      • A nanoeTMgenerator and automatic recirculation control are used to improve air quality within the cabin.

      • The blower control has 7 levels in manual mode and 31 levels in auto mode for more precise control.

      Light Weight
      • A bus connector with a built-in IC is used in a lightweight wire harness design to allow for a reduced number of wires.

      • The use of this connector means that pulse pattern type servo motors can be used.

      • The rear air conditioning unit uses small, high-efficiency parts, such as a servo motor, laminate sliding type mode switching door, etc., in order to achieve weight reduction.

      • Foam molding type rear ducts are used to achieve weight reduction.

      Compact A blower motor with a built-in blower motor controller is used for the front blower motor with fan sub-assembly to achieve a compact construction.
