CHARGING SYSTEM

    1. A charging control system which controls the charging load in accordance with the driving conditions to optimize the generated voltage to improve fuel economy is used.

    2. The ECM optimizes the voltage generated by the generator assembly in accordance with the state of the battery, electrical load operation situation and driving conditions.

    3. A compact and lightweight segment conductor type generator assembly that generates high amperage output in a highly efficient manner is used.

    4. Operation of the clutch set to the generator pulley with clutch, cancels generator pulley with clutch inertia and helps to prevent slipping of the fan and generator V belt. This realizes a low tension fan and generator V belt that achieves reduced friction.
