A thermostat (oil thermostat housing assembly) for changing the oil passage is integrated into the oil passage of the air-cooled oil cooler, aiming to both shorten warm-up time when the oil temperature is low and provide excellent cooling performance when the oil temperature is high.
Due to excellent cooling performance, the engine can cope with prolonged high engine speeds and load, ensuring excellent circuit driving performance.
Oil cooled by the oil cooler assembly is directed through the oil filter to the main engine oil gallery, restricting oil temperature increase and reducing oil deterioration.
