CONSTRUCTION
A split-input type structure is adopted for the front suspension support assembly to ensure excellent ride comfort, controllability and vehicle stability.
A urethane bound stopper is used to reduce the impact generated when the suspension reaches full travel. In addition to increasing the suspension stroke, ride comfort at full suspension travel is ensured.
The shape and clearance of the bound stopper is optimized to reduce nose-dive while braking and the roll angle while turning.
A front upper coil spring insulator is installed to the top of the spring to ensure vehicle stability and resistance to road surface disturbance.
A front lower coil spring insulator is installed to the bottom of the spring to reduce noise and vibration.
The spring rate of the front coil spring is optimized to achieve excellent controllability and ride comfort.
