  1. FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS

    Component Function

    Door Outside Handle Assemblies


    • Outside Handle Illumination

    Receives request signals and illuminates the outside handle lights.
    Certification ECU (Smart Key ECU Assembly)
    • Receives the ignition signal and transmits it to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).

    • Judges and certifies the ID code from the smart door control receiver assembly.

    Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU) Receives various signals and illuminates the outside handle lights.
    Front Door Courtesy Light Switch Assembly LH and RH Detects whether a door is open or closed and transmits a signal to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).
    Rear Door Courtesy Light Switch Assembly LH and RH
    Front Door Lock Assembly LH and RH Detects whether a door is locked or unlocked and transmits a signal to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).
    Rear Door Lock Assembly LH and RH
    Back Door Lock Assembly Detects whether a back door is locked or unlocked and transmits a signal to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU).
  2. SYSTEM CONTROL


    1. The outside handle illumination automatically illuminates or turns off depending on whether the electrical key transmitter sub-assembly is detected, the doors are locked or unlocked, the doors are open or closed and the condition of the power switch.
