  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. On models with a power tilt and telescopic system, the electric power steering column sub-assembly consists of a tilt motor, telescopic motor and multiplex tilt and telescopic ECU.

    2. Position sensors, built into the tilt motor and telescopic motor, make accurate detection of the position of the steering column possible.

    3. The tilt adjustment range is 40 mm (1.57 in.) and the telescopic adjustment range is 45 mm (1.77 in.).
