A high rigidity and compact double-wishbone type independent suspension is used.
The shock absorbers have been placed under the floor and the coil springs have been placed low to achieve a more spacious cargo area and a lower floor.
The suspension geometry has been optimized to achieve excellent driving stability and ride comfort.
The spring constant of the coil spring, bush characteristics and shock absorber damping characteristics have been optimized and the characteristics of the stabilizer bar bush and shock absorber micro-amplitude vibration characteristics have been changed to achieve low friction. As a result, detailed input from the road is reduced to achieve excellent riding comfort.
