    1. The stroke simulator is positioned beside the brake master cylinder assembly. It generates a pedal stroke in accordance with the driver's pedal effort during braking. Containing 2 types of coil springs with different spring constants, the stroke simulator provides pedal stroke characteristics in relation to the master cylinder pressure.
