REAR DRIVE SYSTEM


  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. This drive unit has a built-in Motor Generator Rear (MGR), which is used for driving the rear wheels. It consists of a counter drive gear, a counter driven gear and a differential gear unit, which transmit the motive force of the MGR.

    2. This drive unit has a 3-shaft configuration. The MGR and counter drive gear are provided on the main shaft. The counter driven gear and differential drive pinion gear are provided on the 2nd shaft. The differential ring gear and the differential gear unit are provided on the 3rd shaft.

    3. This drive unit transfers the motive force of MGR to the counter drive gear, counter driven gear, differential drive pinion gear, differential ring gear and differential gear unit, in order to drive the rear wheels.
