The cooling system has an water-cooled type oil cooler.
A water-cooled type oil cooler is provided to ensure the ATF cooling performance. By reducing the increase in oil temperature at high loads, such as during sporty driving, enhanced reliability has been achieved.
ATF is pressure-fed to the oil cooler through the oil pump and then the cooled ATF is supplied from the upper transaxle through the upper return line. Motor cooling using cooling pipes is used to achieve enhanced high output motor cooling performance.
