  1. OUTLINE


    1. A manual air conditioning system and automatic air conditioning system are used.

    2. The automatic air conditioning system uses left and right independent temperature control and neural network control to enhance comfort.

    3. An inside-and-outside dual air layer type air conditioning unit is used. The upper layer ensures antifogging performance by introducing outside air, and the lower layer aims for ventilation loss reduction by circulating the inside air, thus achieving energy conservation.

    1. The air conditioning system has the following features:

      • Neural network control is used, so passengers can finely control the air conditioning for maximum comfort.

      • The rear outlets are installed on the back of the center console to ensure comfortable cooling performance for the rear passengers.

      • A high efficiency type clean air filter, which has a pollen-and-odor removal effect, is used.

      • The blower control has 7 levels in manual mode and 31 levels in auto mode for more precise control.

      • Using the following features of the cooler compressor assembly (continuously variable capacity compressor), high cooling performance and a quiet cabin have been achieved:


        • Magnetic flux sensor type air conditioning mass flow sensor

        • Oil separator

        • Variable suction side throttle

        • Solenoid control valve with built-in crank chamber to suction passage (CS) valve

      Lightweight
      • A bus connector with a built-in IC is used in a lightweight wire harness design to allow a reduced number of wires.

      • The use of this connector means that pulse pattern type servo motors are used.

      Compact A blower motor with a built-in blower motor controller is used to achieve a compact construction.
