  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. TWCs are provided in the exhaust manifold of each bank and also in the center exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. An exhaust manifold with an integrated TWC is used. This realizes quick warm-up of the catalytic converter, helping to reduce emissions immediately after engine start.

    3. An ultra thin-wall, high-cell density, ceramic type TWC is used for each exhaust manifold and a thin-wall, ceramic type TWC is used for the center exhaust pipe assembly.

    4. These TWCs enable improved exhaust emissions through optimized cell density and wall thickness.
