  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. This engine uses a hot-film type mass air flow meter designed for direct electrical measurement of the intake mass air flow.

    2. The specialized passage forms a complex shape (labyrinth) to detect only the actual intake air mass. As a result, despite the back-flow, pulsation and pressure of the intake air mass, the mass air flow meter can detect the actual intake air mass.

    3. This intake mass air flow meter sub-assembly has a built-in intake air temperature sensor.
