FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS
The main components in the illuminated entry system have the following functions:

| Front Door Courtesy Light Switch Assembly (LH/RH) | Detects whether the doors are open or closed and sends this information to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU). |
| Rear Door Courtesy Light Switch Assembly (LH/RH) | |
| Front Door Lock Assembly LH/RH | Detects whether the doors are locked or unlocked and sends this information to the main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU). |
| Rear Door Lock Assembly LH/RH | |
| Door Control Receiver | Receives the ID code from the key and transmits it to the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly). |
| Certification ECU (Smart Key ECU Assembly) |

| Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU) | Turns on or off each light using signals from each switch and the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly). |
