  1. FUNCTION


    1. The floor shift lock control unit assembly mainly consists of the shift lever position sensor, transmission shift main switch and shift lock solenoid.

    2. A shift lock, which uses a shift lock solenoid to restrict the movement of the shift lever, is provided. Shift lock control is performed during engine starting control, vehicle stopping control, or parking control of the M-MT system.

    3. A shift lock release button that can manually cancel the shift lock is provided.

    4. The transmission shift main switch detects the side-to-side movement of the shift lever. It turns off when the shift lever is in R, N or E, and turns on in M, "+" or "-".
