    1. When the fuel temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature, the ECM turns the fuel heater on to heat the fuel.*1

    2. When the fuel temperature is lower than the predetermined temperature, the ECM turns the fuel heater on via the fuel heater relay to heat the fuel.*2

      *2: Models with fuel heater relay
