  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A Stainless steel exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly with integrated ceramic type Three-Way Catalytic converter (TWC) is used for quickly warming up the TWC, reducing weight, and resisting rust.

    2. The exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly has been reduced in length, and the port shape has been optimized to shorten the period of time required to warm up the catalyst.

    3. Cooling holes are provided on the exhaust manifold heat insulator to reduce the exhaust manifold converter sub-assembly surface temperature, improving the durability.
