  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A resin intake manifold is used. This manifold has 4 small pieces integrated using vibration welding, achieving a lightweight design.

    2. The throttle body with motor assembly is positioned at the center of the intake manifold and designed in a symmetric form. This allows for smooth airflow to the cylinders, thereby achieving excellent output performance and fuel efficiency as well as quietness.

    3. EGR chambers are integrated into the intake manifold and designed in a tournament arrangement. This allows EGR gas to be equally distributed to the cylinders while also achieving a reduced number of components and a lightweight design. In addition, the ribs are cleverly positioned to achieve both a reduction in exhaust sounds and a lightweight design.*
