WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM


  1. FUNCTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS

    Component Function
    Headlight Leveling ECU Assembly Receives the signals from the windshield wiper switch assembly and main body ECU (multiplex network body ECU), and controls the headlight cleaner motor and pump assembly.

    Windshield Wiper Switch Assembly


    • Washer Switch

    		 Sends the washer switch operation signal to the headlight leveling ECU assembly.
    Headlight Cleaner Motor and Pump Assembly Sends the washer fluid to the headlight cleaner actuator sub-assembly in accordance with the signals from the headlight leveling ECU assembly.
    Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU) Sends the headlight low beam illumination signal to the headlight leveling ECU assembly.
    Headlight Cleaner Actuator Sub-assembly LH/RH Sprays the washer fluid onto the headlights.

      First Time Second Time to Fifth Time Sixth Time and Every Additional Fifth Time
      Turn On Activated Not Activated Activated
