  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. A paper type air cleaner filter element sub-assembly is used.

    2. A carbon filter, which adsorbs the HCs that accumulate in the intake system when the engine is stopped, is used in the air cleaner cap sub-assembly in order to reduce evaporative emissions. This filter is maintenance-free.*

    3. An intake air sound creator is installed in the air cleaner hose on F SPORT models. The sound pressure of the specified frequency is increased by intake pulsation, realizing a light expanding feeling of the sound during acceleration in the medium and high engine speed ranges.*
