        • The radiator grille sub-assembly combines a Toyota brand double concave style with an outline that is tailored to the motion of the vehicle, a characteristic inherited from Toyota's European line-up. In addition, the Toyota emblem is integrated with a central column behind the center of the radiator grille sub-assembly, thus emphasizing the center of the vehicle.

        • Compared with the conventional sedan models, the base of the front body pillar has been located further forward and the base of the quarter pillar has been located further toward the rear to produce a large smooth line flow which passes through the hood panel, roof panel, and luggage compartment door panel sub-assembly, thus expressing a dynamic side design.

        • The belt line and door character line raise toward the rear of the vehicle to form a wedge shape, thus expressing a sporty image.

        • Compared with the conventional wagon models, the base of the front body pillar has been located further forward to produce a smooth line, which combines with the hood panel, roof panel, and rear spoiler to express a dynamic side design that complements the inwardly inclined back window glass.

        • The belt line and door character line raise toward the rear of the vehicle to form a wedge shape, thus expressing a sporty image.
