Automatic Sound Levelizer (ASL)
The Automatic Sound Levelizer (ASL) function automatically adjusts the sound volume in order to enable clear audio quality even when vehicle noise increases (as vehicle noise increases, the volume is turned up, etc.).
Vehicle speed signals are received from the combination meter assembly and used for ASL control.
Steering Pad Switch Assembly
Due to the adoption of a 4 way switch, back and enter switches, the driver can operate the audio and Bluetooth hands-free functions without taking their hands off the steering wheel.
"GreenEdge" Speakers
"GreenEdge" speakers that efficiently convert electricity to sound with less sound corruption have been adopted. These speakers realize high sound pressure levels with low power consumption while still maintaining superb sound quality.
Due to the adoption of acoustic lenses, the directionality of the speaker output is improved, enhancing the area where the acoustics are effective.
Class H Amplifier
A Class H amplifier is provided for the Entune premium JBL audio with navigation and App Suite system. The amplifier controls the power supplied to the amplifier circuit in the most efficient way according to the received audio signals.
The power consumption and heat generation of the Class H amplifier is small, minimizing the size of the heatsink and related parts. This realizes a compact and lightweight amplifier.
MAJOR DIFFERENCE
The 2014 models have been modified from the 2013 models as shown below:
The 6-speaker sound system has been discontinued.
New audio systems and navigation systems with a touch panel supporting flick and drag operation have been adopted on all models except for South Korea.

MAIN FEATURES
XM Satellite Radio
XM satellite radio is a subscription type digital broadcast service.
In addition to the 2 satellites, XM satellite radio is supported by 800 satellite earth stations (repeaters). As a result, broadcasts can be received throughout the U.S.A. (except Hawaii and Alaska) and most parts of Canada.
If the signals from the satellites are disrupted by a tunnel, gulch, or high-rise buildings, a simultaneous broadcast (called "gap filler") through ground based signals helps achieve excellent reception that is free of interruptions.
XM satellite radio produces near CD-quality sound using a digital satellite broadcast. It is particularly convenient for long-distance drivers because it is unnecessary to tune to different stations.
