    2. Daytime Running Light System (Models with Halogen Headlight)


      1. This system is designed to automatically activate the low beam headlights, taillights, clearance lights, and license plate lights during the daytime to keep the car highly visible to other vehicles.

    3. Daytime Running Light System (Models with Light Emitting Diode (LED) Headlight)


      1. This system is designed to automatically activate the daytime running lights during the daytime to keep the car highly visible to other vehicles.

    4. Automatic Light Control System


      1. When the light control switch is in the AUTO position, the light control sensor detects the ambient light level and automatically turns the headlights, taillights, clearance lights, and license plate lights on or off accordingly.

    5. Light Automatic Turn-off System


      1. This system automatically turns off the headlight, taillight, and so on when the ignition switch (engine switch*) is turned off and the driver door is opened.

      2. A turn-off delay function is used on some models.

    6. Light Emitting Diode (LED) Headlight System


      1. The LED headlight system uses LEDs as its light source for the low beam.

    7. Automatic Headlight Beam Level Control System


      1. When the headlights are on, the automatic headlight beam level control system operates the headlight leveling motor in accordance with the movement of the vehicle.

    8. Manual Headlight Beam Level Control System


      1. The manual headlight beam level control system keeps the beam of the headlight adjusted to the appropriate level in accordance with the number (weight) of passengers and volume of luggage.

    9. Emergency Brake Signal


      1. An emergency brake signal is used. This function automatically flashes the stop lights in 4 Hz cycles during sudden braking, in order to alert vehicles behind and reduce the risk of an accident.

    1. Light Emitting Diode (LED) Headlight System


      1. Compared to halogen or HID headlights, even if an LED headlight is used for a long time, the reduction of brightness over its lifetime is less. In addition, there is no possibility of an LED having an open circuit because of vibration. Together, these attributes allow maintenance-free lighting.
