BACK DOOR CLOSER SYSTEM GENERAL


  1. OUTLINE


    1. The back door closer system automatically closes the back door entirely even if only a light pressure is applied to close the back door in order to realize excellent ease of use.

    2. A single actuator is provided in the back door lock assembly to perform the closer function while achieving a lightweight and compact configuration.

    3. This system is controlled by the back door closer ECU (multiplex network door ECU)*1 or power back door ECU (power back door unit assembly)*2.

      *1: Models without power back door system

      *2: Models with power back door system
