Exhaust Manifold
Stainless steel exhaust manifolds with an integrated Three-Way Catalytic converter (TWC) are used for warm-up of the TWC and for weight reduction.
On the models with air injection system, an air injection pipe, which directs the air from an air pump assembly to the air injection port on the cylinder head, has been provided.

Exhaust Pipe
The exhaust pipes are made of stainless steel for improved rust resistance.
A thin-wall, ceramic type TWC is used.
A muffler is used to ensure engine performance and reduce exhaust noise.
A ball joint is used to join the exhaust front pipe and exhaust center pipe. As a result, in-vehicle sound has been muffled, vibration has been minimized, and weight reduction has been achieved.
