  1. FUNCTION


    1. The functions of the climate control seat system are as follows:

      Function Outline
      Heating Function

      • By turning the climate control seat switch (seat heater switch) clockwise from off in the center position, the heating volume can be adjusted to 3 levels.

      • The indicator light illuminates green to indicate that the heating function is operating.
      Ventilation Function

      • By turning the climate control seat switch (seat heater switch) counterclockwise from off in the center position, the ventilation volume can be adjusted to 3 levels.

      • The indicator light illuminates green to indicate that the ventilation function is operating.

  2. CONSTRUCTION


    1. When the user operates the climate control seat switch (seat heater switch) located forward of the console box, the blower motor in the seat back/seat cushion climate control blower operates to direct the air that is drawn in from behind the climate control blower to both the seatback and seat cushion pads.

    2. After the air is directed to both the seatback and seat cushion pads, it travels throughout the pads along the grooves that are provided in the pads. Then, it spreads to the entire seat along the slab urethane layer, and is discharged through the perforations in the genuine leather seat cover.
