    1. Child Restraint System


      1. ISO-FIX bars for securing child seats have been provided behind the seat cushions.

      2. 3 Child Restraint System (CRS) anchor brackets for securing child seats are provided behind the seat back.

  2. OPERATION


    1. Active Headrest


      1. The active headrest actuator mechanism consists of a headrest, upper unit, cable and lower unit.


        1. In the event of a rear collision, the whole seat is moved frontward by the impact, causing the occupant's body to push on the lower unit (*a).

        2. The cable connecting the lower and upper units is pulled downward (*b).

        3. Due to the movement of this cable, the upper unit moves the whole headrest forward to help reduce neck damage (*c).
