LIGHTING SYSTEM DETAILS


  1. FUNCTION


    1. When any one of the following conditions is satisfied, the illuminated entry system turns on the key cylinder light assembly:


      1. Any door is opened.*1

      2. The driver door is opened.*2

      3. Any door is unlocked using the transmitter.*1


        • *1: Models with wireless door lock control system

        • *2: Models without wireless door lock control system

    2. When any one of the following conditions is satisfied, the key cylinder light assembly is turned off:


      1. The ignition switch is turned to ON.*1

      2. All doors are locked.*1

      3. The driver door is closed.*2

      4. The light has remained on for approximately 5 seconds after the driver door has been properly closed.*2

      5. The light has remained on for approximately 7.5 seconds after all doors have been properly closed.*1
