THEFT DETERRENT GENERAL


  1. OUTLINE


    1. The theft deterrent system utilizes the components of the door lock control system and the wireless door lock control system. It activates when somebody attempts to forcibly enter the vehicle, open the engine hood, or apply abnormal vibration to the vehicle, or when the battery is disconnected and reconnected.

    2. A shock sensing triggering sensor is built into the theft warning ECU assembly.

    3. This system is controlled by the theft warning ECU assembly.
