  1. OUTLINE


    1. The linkless-type throttle body is used to achieve excellent throttle control.

    2. A cyclone pre-cleaner has been provided in the air cleaner inlet.

    3. A plastic intake air surge tank is used.

    4. The Electronic Throttle Control System-intelligent (ETCS-i) is used to ensure excellent throttle control in all operating ranges. For details, see the 1GR-FE Engine Control.

    5. The Acoustic Control Induction System (ACIS) is used to improve the engine performance in all speed ranges.
