POWER WINDOW CONTROL SYSTEM GENERAL


  1. OUTLINE


    1. The power window control system controls power window operation using the power window regulator motors.

    2. The main controls for this system are the power window regulator master switch assembly and the power window regulator switch assemblies. Operating a window switch results in electrical power being transmitted to the corresponding power window regulator motor.

  2. MAJOR DIFFERENCE


    1. The 2015 models have been modified from the 2014 models as shown below:


      1. The exterior body and interior components of the vehicle have been changed.

      2. A catch protection function for the front door windows and a jam protection function for the front passenger side door window have been added.

      3. The power window regulator master switch assembly has been changed.
