WINDSHIELD DEICER SYSTEM


  1. SYSTEM OPERATION


    1. The windshield deicer system is turned on or off when the following conditions are met

      Operation Conditions Indicator Light
      OFF to ON

      The windshield deicer switch is pressed to start deicing.

      The outside air temperature is 0°C (32°F) or below.

      		 Illuminates
      ON to OFF

      When any of the following conditions is met:


      • The windshield deicer switch is pressed to stop deicing.

      • The wind shield deicer has been operating for approximately 15 minutes.

      • The rear window defogger system is activated.

      • The outside air temperature is 5°C(41°F) or higher.
