WIPER AND WASHER SYSTEM


  1. DESCRIPTION


    1. A Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heater is used for the washer nozzle heater and controlled by the No. 2 main body ECU.

  2. SYSTEM OPERATION


    1. The washer nozzle heater is activated through a signal from the No. 2 main body ECU when the outside temperature reaches 5°C or lower with the engine switch on (IG). In addition, the washer nozzle heater is turned off when the engine switch is turned off or the outside temperature reaches 6°C or higher.
