METER / GAUGE SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. An analog display type combination meter, with or without a tachometer, is used.

    2. A multi-information display whose display items can be changed by pressing the ODO/TRIP DISP switch and shift position indicator lights are provided in the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) on the center section of the combination meter.

    3. A meter ECU and buzzer are enclosed in the combination meter assembly. This meter ECU maintains communication with other ECUs through the CAN.

    4. A dimming mode display function has been provided. In order to adjust the combination meter luminance, the illumination brightness level is indicated on the multi-information display.

    5. Eco Driving Indicator Light informs the driver of whether the acceleration is Eco-friendly or not, is used on the CVT models.

    6. The rear seat belt warning has been located on the center of the instrument panel.

    7. An oil change reminder indicator light is used to urge the driver to change the engine oil. For details, see the 1ND-TV Engine Control.

    8. The stop and start indicator light and stop and start cancel indicator light inform the driver of the stop and start system operating condition. For details, see the Stop and Start System.

    9. The PCS warning light and PCS activation indicator inform the driver of the pre-crash safety system operating condition. For details, see the Pre-crash Safety System.

    10. The lane departure alert indicator light informs the driver of the lane departure alert system operating condition. For details, see the Lane Departure Alert System.

    11. The Gear Shift Indicator, which recommends the driver to shift the lever for Eco-friendly driving, is used on the models with manual transaxle.
