  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. Water Pump


      1. An engine water pump assembly which is driven by the back side of the fan and generator V belt has been adopted.

      2. The volute chamber for the engine water pump assembly is integrated into the timing chain or belt cover sub-assembly, achieving a compact design. Additionally, the thermostat housing is integrated into the timing chain or belt cover sub-assembly, simplifying the water passages.

    2. Radiator


      1. Utilizes a downflow-type aluminum alloy radiator core. Additionally, a resin construction was adopted for the upper and lower tanks to reduce weight.

    3. Cooling Fan


      1. A ring type cooling fan is used to ensure efficient cooling performance and quieter operation.

      2. A cooling fan control in which the ECM optimally controls fan speed is used.
