CLIMATE CONTROL SEAT SYSTEM


  1. FUNCTION


    1. The functions of the climate control seat system are as follows:

      Function Outline
      Heating Function

      • By turning the climate control seat switch heating direction from the off position, the heating volume can be adjusted to 3 levels.

      • The indicator light illuminates green to indicate that the heating function is operating.
      Ventilation Function

      • By turning the climate control seat switch ventilation direction from the off position, the ventilation volume can be adjusted to 3 levels.

      • The indicator light illuminates green to indicate that the ventilation function is operating.

    2. When the user operates the climate control seat switch located on the center console, the blower motors in the climate control blower assemblies operate to direct the air that is drawn in from behind the climate control blower assemblies to both the seatback and seat cushion pads.

    3. After the air is directed to both the seatback and seat cushion pads, it travels throughout the pads along the grooves that are provided in the pads. Then, it spreads to the entire seat along the slab urethane layer, and becomes discharged through the perforations in the genuine leather seat cover.
