The engine switch consists of a momentary type switch, 2 color (amber, green) Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs), and a transponder key amplifier.
The amber and green LEDs are used for the indicator light.
The driver can check the present power source mode and whether the engine can start or not by looking at the indicator light.
When the power management control ECU detects an abnormality in the start system while the engine is running, the amber indicator light will flash. If the engine is stopped in this state, restarting may not be possible.
